Think of Myos as a virtual pawnshop: You sign over your products as collateral and receive money in return. The warehouse releases the products to you as soon as you have paid for them.

This is how the release of products works

If you go to the desired project in our Myos app via the dashboard, an overview of the various products of your project can be called upon via the "Warenfreigabe" (release of products) tab. You can enter the quantity that you want to request for each product. Please note that only entire boxes of your chosen product can be requested, not single items. Click on the button "Bestätigen" (confirm) to submit the release of products to us. You will receive an email from us with the relevant account information needed for the transfer. Please then transfer the required amount to the account. You do not need to send us a transfer receipt, we will be informed automatically upon receipt of payment.

Good to know: The inventory in the Myos app is only updated after Myos has confirmed the release of the products.

When will I receive my products?

Upon receiving the payment, Myos issues a product release document (Warenschein) to the warehouse, and the products are released. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bank transfer receipts as proof of payment and have to wait until the payment is actually received in our account.

I have made a mistake in the request for my products, or do not want to receive my goods after all

No worries. We only release products if we can match a payment to your request. So if you made a mistake during the release of products or simply changed your mind, you can restart the release process.
